Applicants are required to bring a Valid ID and Social Security Card during this time. Citizenship/Immigrant status documentation must be on hand during registration as well as verification.

Enrollment Requirements

Must be 17 years or older (must be 18 years of age or older to take the state exam for Nurse Aide
-
Must have earned a high school diploma or GED
-
Must be able to pass a SLED criminal background check
-
Must pass a drug test which is performed by KCTC and subject to a $35.00 fee
Must have proof of a valid SC Drivers License

Show results of a negative Two-Step TB skin test
